See beyond grades — understand real academic readiness

School grades and test scores do not always reflect how well a student will perform in an international academic environment. What truly matters is learning ability, independent thinking, English-medium academic skills, and long-term resilience. Some high-achieving students struggle overseas because their academic foundation does not match the demands of international study. A clear academic assessment helps families choose the right pathway from the beginning.

    Our Academic Readiness Framework

To evaluate whether a student is ready for international university study, we use a structured academic readiness framework developed from real data of international students studying in Malaysia.

    1) Academic Readiness Test (International Curriculum Version)
This assessment evaluates a student’s ability to succeed in English-medium university study, covering four core areas: Academic English、Reading comprehension、Logical reasoning, and Academic writing.

The total score is 100 points. Based on the result, students are grouped into five readiness levels:0–40、41–65、66–75、76–85、86+

Each level corresponds to different types of foundation, diploma or degree pathways to ensure realistic academic progression.
    2) Personality & Resilience Test

This assessment evaluates a student’s psychological readiness for studying abroad, across three dimensions: Adaptability、Stress tolerance, 、Social and independent functioning. The total score is 75 points. Students who score above 60 are generally considered to have strong overseas adaptability and are more likely to adjust well to international study environments.
